Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Did someone say Chocolate?

And Pancakes.. I think I’m in heaven!

Who said eating clean had to be boring?!

Only 3 ingredient Chocolate Pancakes! I wanted something different last weekend for breakfast, and after eating egg white muffins for 5 days in a row doing [xyz-ihs snippet=”JamieeasonLiveFit”]’s program, I wanted some chocolate! Maybe this isn’t the Cracker Barrel Chocolate Chip version, but I guarentee you its less calories and you don’t have to feel guilty for eating pancakes!

To bump up the flavor, I just mixed some Plain Greek Yogurt & Cinnamon and drizzled onto the chocolate pancake while it’s cooking.

I also made these guys for my adorable little nieces and they LOVED “Chocolate Mickey Pancakes with Aunt Sheasha!”

3 Ingredient Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
-1 scoop of [xyz-ihs snippet=”ChocolateMuscleMilk”]
-1 mashed bananana
-2 egg whites

Greek Yogurt “Syrup”
-2 TB of greek yogurt
-1 TB of water
-1 TB of cinnamon

If you don’t have [xyz-ihs snippet=”ChocolateMuscleMilk”] you could just use coco powder instead, but I like the extra dose of Protein :)
Take your mashed banana (I just used a fork to mash mine up) and add in your egg whites in a bowl. Lastly add your chocolate protein powder and mix all together. Heat your stove to medium heat and pour about 4 spoonfuls onto your pan, they will be runny thats okay, they are easier to flip if its not super thick. Cook each side about 3 minutes.

Top with fresh fruit and your greek yogurt cinammon “syrup”. You could use a low cal sugar, honey or agave. But I happen to LOVE all things Greek yogurt!
