Vanilla Apple Protein Pancakes {Clean Eating}

So it was last Saturday & my first weekend since I started Jamie Easons workout program this year.
And after 5 days, I was over my egg white muffins, so Pancake Saturday sounded pretty darn good!

I already used all my Chocolate Protein Powder, which was usually my go to for Chocolate Protein Pancakes,
so I decided to try Vanilla ones instead. I have to say they were AMAZING!
I didn’t even miss my chocolate, which is huge because I’m a double chocolate fudge girl all the way!

    That sounds awesome. I love pancakes, and making it a weekly ritual is a great idea.

    Did you put this recipe in MFP? I’m not sure if I did it right or not..

    Just tried the recipe this morning. So yummy! Just to clarify the recipe above is for one individual serving including the topping? It felt like a ton. Not complaining though… it was GOOD. Thanks for sharing 🙂
