I already used all my Chocolate Protein Powder, which was usually my go to for Chocolate Protein Pancakes,
so I decided to try Vanilla ones instead. I have to say they were AMAZING!
I didn’t even miss my chocolate, which is huge because I’m a double chocolate fudge girl all the way!

Vanilla Apple Protein Pancakes
-2 egg whites
-1 tsp of baking powder
-1/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce
-3 TB of oat flour
-1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
-Half an apple, cubed for topping
-3TB of Greek Yogurt
-2 tsp of cinnamon
-half a scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
– 1 tsp of honey or stevia for sweetness
Mix all pancake ingredients in a bowl. Pour 2-3 spoonfuls of batter into pan, cook on low heat, 2 minutes each side.
Top with Yogurt Topping & chopped apples.
*makes 1 serving, Can double recipe for 2.
