Woop Woop another week down!
I feel like this week was much better than last week. The food is really starting to feel normal and Im getting stronger in the gym!
You guys ready for another super long recap?! Ugh I try I really do try and shorten these things, I do, but I just have so many gym selfies I want to share with y’all 😉
And I really think it helps to see ALL the food and get different Clean Eating meal ideas!




WEIGHTLOSS UPDATE:
Okay I’m down 2 more pounds! WOO HOO!
I was honestly expecting to gain weight this week, we went camping this weekend
with my in laws and I forgot my prepped meals. So I wasn’t sure if I had gained
anything. But I was pretty shocked that I lost 2 more pounds, that makes 9 lbs so far!

Wait whats that I see?! A little baby bicep?!
Even with only 2 weeks I can start to see little changes, gets me so fired up!
I have much more excitement this round because I know how quickly you see changes.

MEAL PREP// WEEK 2:
So I had a little bit more fun in the kitchen these week! Everyday I get a new recipe idea and I love love trying them out!
I still keep to my basic breakfasts, but dinnertime really lets me get creative!

You know me, my favorite breakfasts, Egg White Muffins and Chickpeas.

Okay so I tried a new recipe, Broccoli stuffed tilapia! OMG y’all its seriously so good!

Here’s the recipe:
Broccoli Stuffed Tilapia 
-2 Tilapia filets (thawed)
-half a cup of steamed broccoli 

-2 TB of greek yogurt
-1 egg white 
-2 TB of quinoa or brown rice (cooked)
-sprinkle of ole bay seasoning
-little diced Garlic

1.Chop your broccoli into small peices. Mix with the greek yogurt, egg white, garlic, & seasoning.
2.Place a heaping spoonful onto each filet, then roll up each tilapia filet. 
3.Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with ole bay seasoning.
That’s it!! 
I don’t really measure, so you might have to add more broccoli/yogurt to get the mixture you want Enjoy!!

I love that you can do a shake or just add a little greek yogurt & goes perfect on top of pancakes!
I told you the Peanut protein Powder is amazing! Loved making these bad boys this past week. My new favorite!

Week 2 Workouts:
So workouts this past week were very challenging. But I feel like Im getting stronger & back in the swing of things.
I upped some of the weights & let me tell ya I really felt it. I still struggle with the pushups, but Im getting slightly better.
Still only 4 days a week around 20-30 minutes. Ive started tracking them on the Bodyspace APP and it makes it so easy!

Overall week 2 went great! I love being back in my routine & trying new fun food!
