Chocolate Pumpkin Cookies

So there was this one time I made these cookies and {wait for it} they look like poo.
Not “O man these aren’t pretty cookies, they look like poo” ….
Like literally they look like dog poop! Bahaha.. I tried people I tried, I reshaped them,
flattened them out, but nope they still just look like poo. {Insert crying sad face emoji here}
Hey look their they are! The power of the internet people..

So bare with me, for all the awkwardness your about to bare witness to.
Have a little laugh, and enjoy your poo cookies.
{Despite the awful appearance they actually taste pretty good}

Blend all your ingredients in a food processor or I have a  Magic Bullet, works great too!

This is the part where it gets very uncomfortable.
It’s bad right? Look at those little poop drops!
UGH there’s no way around it.

……And the big finale!
It just gets so much worse! I have to be honest, I had a hard time eating these, HA!
But if you can get beyond the look, they are quite yummy!
I think next time I will just roll them more flat, and add a little more
honey for sweetness.

Chocolate Pumpkin Cookies
Ingredients:
-1 can of pumpkin puree
-1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
-1 TB of all natural Cocoa powder
-3 egg whites
-1 tsp of baking powder
-half a cup of almond milk
-half a cup of oat flour
-1/4 cup of honey (or substitute preferred sweetener)
**you can add or remove amount of sweetner till you get to your preferred sweetness)
-half a cup or Peanut Butter (Or sub fave nut butter)

Cooking Steps:
-Mix ALL ingredients together in a bowl.
-Roll into balls (preferably LESS poop shape then mine)
-Bake at 350 for 25 minutes & Enjoy!

*These have a fudge texture, if you want them to be MORE done, just bake them longer or add more flour. I liked that they were soft.
*Store in the fridge
