Okay I haven’t posted a recap in about 2 weeks, sorry guys! I’ve been slacking on my blog. I was under the weather with a sinus infection, so I had to redo week 8. I am currently on Week 9 (Phase 3) but wanted to still do my weekly recap.

Weightloss Update:
Okay so week 7, Im still the same weight! No weight lost this week, but thats okay. I am still sticking with it! My goal for the YEAR is to lose a total of 25-30 lbs, Ive done it before so I know I can do it again!

Meal Prep - Jamie Eason Live Fit - Week 7
Meal Prep:
For week 7 meal prep, I made my usual Egg white muffins with spinach and sweet potatoes for breakfast.
With phase 2, its all about NO Carbs at dinner. Thats been SUPER challenging! I never realized how much I eat carbs for dinner. Even if its usually just rice and black beans, so Ive had to get creative this week. Lots of spaghetti squash, roasted broccoli and cauliflower rice!

So I told y’all I had to get creative with these no carb dinners, well I made ground turkey stuffed zucchini boats one night! Omg they are so good! I made them two nights in a row. I topped them with diced tomato and served with a salad. They were delish!

Now not all my meals can be as exciting or colorful as Zuchinni boats, so at least 2 nights week 7, I just had a simple salad with sautéed chicken. Not as flavorful but I just wasn’t feeling super creative in the kitchen. Have to keep it real Y’all!

Have I told y’all about my Veggetti yet?! OMG Zuchinni Noodles are where its at! I sautéed mine in garlic, pest and olive oil. Baked some tilapia with garlic and we had a SUPER YUMMY dinner! I love my veggetti!

So my ALL TIME easiest way to get those Sweet cravings, is my Chocolate Protein Mousse. I usually make a healthy treat at least once a week and this is my go to! Its so easy, Greek yogurt, protein powder and some honey! I also add some unsweetened cocoa powder, topped with some strawberries, hits the spot! To see the full recipe CLICK HERE.

Workouts Week 7:
This weeks workouts were TOUGH as usual! Higher weights and MORE reps and overall more exercises! I got my butt kicked in the gym EVERYDAY. But its great to look back and see my comparison to week 1! I still have a LONG way to go, but I am further than I was!
