So a couple months ago a friend of mine, who owns an awesome Yoga Studio, asked me to host a Clean Eating Workshop.
I immediately said Well Let me think about it. Which was really my way of saying, probably not, but I want to be nice HAHA. Public Speaking is totally out of my comfort zone. BUT she kept being persistent and so I finally agreed.
And honestly, I’m so glad I did! What a great experience! I loved sharing my story,
sharing more about what Clean Eating is, and sharing some yummy recipes too!
Of course my awesome sister, came to support me! I made some of my favorite clean eating recipes for the group to try.
Avocado Chocolate Pudding, Sweet Potato Patties, Egg Muffins AND Protein Pancakes.
I also gave away a bag of Pean Butter Protein Powder & a Veggetti (Vegetable Spiralizer)!

Here’s my recipe for Avocado Chocolate Pudding.
Avocado Chocolate Pudding
-1-2 ripe avocados
-1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
-1/2 cup of sweetener (Stevia or maple syrup or honey)
-1/4 cup of Almond Milk
Mix ALL ingredients in blender or food processor.
Top with fresh fruit, strawberries are my favorite!
Store in the fridge in air tight tupperware.
