Okay so today started Round 4 of the 21 day fix! I cant believe how fast it is going by! I am down 12 pounds and feeling great! I really LOVE how quick the workouts are and the food is SO doable!! I have made the commitment to be SUPER strict this next round!

I kept it SUPER simple this week, just using what I had on hand. Chicken, steamed broccoli, and brown rice. With shakeology for breakfast, hummus and carrots for a snack. And then an apple or watermelon for afternoon snack. NOW this DOES NOT include my dinners for the week. I like to make those fresh every night for my husband and I, so we don’t get bored.
And YES my husband eats 21 day fix approved meals, but I tweak them for him. I may do extra veggies for me and rice for him. OR lettuce wraps for me and tortillas for him. YOU CAN eat healthy as a family, you just have to experiment, try different recipes, and find what works for you and your family!
