One thing I LOVE about the 21 day fix is you can lose weight and have PIZZA! Well really its all about that CHEESE. I make this recipe at least once a week, with whatever random ingredients I have around the house (Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Veggie Pizza, Pesto Pizza, Sweet potato and black bean Pizza) Don’t knock it till you try it! It’s so easy and still keeps me on track!

Shown below is the Pesto, Tomato and Mozzarella Pizza. I also topped it with some parmesean cheese and OMG it was SOOOO GOOD!! Super flavorful. Two slices PLUS a side salad equals one YELLOW, 1 PURPLE (tomatoes), 1 BLUE (cheese), 1 GREEN (SALAD). TWO orange (Pesto & Dressing).
*Tortilla or FLAT OUT wrap (Use brand of your choice)
I recommend Ezekiel or the Flat out Spinach or tomato flavor
OPTIONAL* Pesto Sauce
Spoon on your marinara sauce OR pesto on the tortilla. Next add your cheese, can do sprinkled cheese OR chunks of mozzarella. Next top with desired toppings, I love tomatoes, chicken and spinach. Then Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Thats it! SUPER EASY!!
One serving is 2-3 slices, that is 1 yellow, 1 blue, and one purple.
