So if y’all know me by now, you know that I have a GIANT sweet tooth!! And I am always looking for healthy desserts to whip up when those late night cravings start. I was so excited that one of my favorite ladies on Instagram: FitMom_FitBritt shared this yummy recipe!! PS if you’re not following her, go do it now, she’s awesome!! Anyway this super easy No Bake Protein Brownie literally hit the spot and I may or may not have made it twice last week! It takes like 5 minutes to make and it is perfect for getting that Chocolate Fix!

Back to the brownie, I used my beloved Shakeology to make this and what I LOVE about it, is its full over 70+ super food ingredients… Alesha what the heck does that mean?! Well I am so glad you asked 🙂 Shakeology is so much more than a protein powder, it has so many other awesome ingredients that your body is MADE to digest, like acai berries, chia seeds, quinoa, probiotics, and more, and thats not even the protein! I love drinking it everyday because it has helped me so much with more energy, it reduces my cravings for junk food, and I know that I could NOT get all the healthy benefits from eating all those foods on their own and honestly I wouldn’t even be able to find all of those ingredients everyday. Shakeology makes it easy, I just drink it post workout, and BAM healthiest meal of the day! I heard people say that and I was like Okay whatever, BUT then I tried it and now I’m hooked!! Its so good for you and tastes yummy!

Back to the Brownie, because lets be honest thats why you guys are here 🙂
No Bake Brownie
1 scoop of chocolate shakeology
1 TB of melted coconut oil
sweeter of choice, I used 1 tsp of honey
1 tsp of water
Add your shakeology and coconut oil and sweetner, mix together till a “dough” forms. Then add the water just a little bit at a time, until you get the brownie consistency. Use your hands to shape like a brownie, wrap in saran wrap and store in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This will help it harden a little bit and then add your sprinkles! Thats it!
**If you want it super sweet add more honey or another sweetner of your choice.
