Do you need help staying motivated and need some accountability? As a Beach Body Coach, I host monthly online support groups (see video below for more info). I provide weekly meal plans, grocery lists, helpful videos, TONS of support and tips! My groups are SMALL and I like to build a relationship with my challengers! They fill up fast and are first come first serve. Due to the volume of applications, it typically takes me 24-48 hours to respond.
